The New York City Police Department allows for a variation of a Full Carry License. A Limited Carrry allows you to carry a concealed firearm during specific times, days, and locations. New York City does not recognize any license issued by any other agency outside of the city. Even though New York City Full Carry Licensee are allowed to carry outside of New York City, there is no reciprocity by New York City. Therefore, those who have businesses outside of New York City and have a Full Carry License issued by an agency outside of the city and conduct business with the city limits cannot carry a firearm. This license allows you to carry within New York City
Carry Guard/Gun Custodian
A Carry Guard license allows those who wish to be an armed guard and carry a gun for a company who is in the security related field. Rifle Shotgun Permit
New York City requires all those wishing to obtain a rifle or shotgun to be approved for a Rifle/Shotgun Permit. This process is similar to the Premise Residence application process. We prepare and submit all the required documents for this application.

This license is the basic license issued by Nassau County and allows you to protect you and your family inside your home. The Nassau County Full Carry is a concealed carry license for businessowners and persons who show a proper cause to carry a firearm. The process to get this license is very extensive and requires the proper preparation and submission of complex documents to justify the approval of the application. We prepare all these documents and then go through the questions you will be asked during your personal interview. A Nassau County Full Carry Licensee cannot carry a firearm within New York City. The Suffolk County Police Department and Sherrff’s Office share the licensing of Firearms in Suffolk County, New York. Depending on your residence or business is where you will submit your License Application.
